Black vein in scrotum
I am 14 years old and I have had pain in my testicles before , it just happens occasionally like I'll get a sharp pain down there and I was just looking and there is a black vein on my scrotum, could I have fertility issues later in life? Does this need to be looked at by a urologist or some other type of doctor?

Hi
It may be due to infection, injury, jerk, or calculi in urinary bladder. Just go for USG and then go for treatment.
