Rectocele repair
Hi, i hv been stitched tight. hv band formation because of that very uncomfortable at the entry of the vagina. it does not go down. hv noticed some tissues coming out in vagina, rectocele buge is in middle. is bulge and tissues different in rectovele. psyio said i hv weak levator ani muscle. in biofeedback it was showing hyperfunctioning levator. one doctor said i hv descending perineum syndrome. one said surgery from abdomnen with fascia. one said rectocele repair with rectovaginal septum fascia stutures. colo rectal surgeon said starr surgery. one said for mesh surgery. i have bilateral ectropia also. please guide what needs to be done as i am suffering from long. everyone saying my muscles are strong its only fascia tear.
