Recovering from lower back pain
I have recovered from lower back pain after almost 20 days. Was diagnosed with severe deficiency in D3 and B12. Currently I have no pain, but feeling scared to walk freely and getting cramped up. How to regain confidence so that I don't cramp up?

You can use a lumbo sacral belt for support.  You can use it while standing and walking. Gradually increase your activity level.
Next Steps
Avoid doing any heavy activity for now which may involve weight lifting, forward bending, sitting down.. You can start with light activities, walking around home, routine activities.. Gradually you can also start back strengthening exercises.  You can continue to take Vit B12 and Vit D3 supplement alongwith Calcium supplement as well..
