Recovering from Flu
I took anti histamine for running nose during Flu. since then i am congested. Now fever is gone.only headache and sensitivity to light is there. Pls suggest how to recover soon to join Work. Also, i feel more cold than others in the room.

Congestion may be due to nose blockage or lung involvement. Headache may be due to sinusitis or eye refraction. Feeling cold may be due to hypothyroidism Suggestions as follows Warm water and salt gargling 3 times daily Steam inhalation twice a day . Please get your BP, Thyroid profile and refraction tested. Till then Tab.Paracetamol 500mg sos
