Recovered Bell's palsy
Hi Doctor, I was diagnosed with Bell's palsy (right side face ) 4 weeks ago. I had no improvement till 3 weeks. I was prescribed steroid tablets. I started to undergo Ayurvedic physiotherapy from my 3rd week, now I'm 95% okay with the facial movement. The problem is that I had this headache and neck pain when I developed this condition. Even after 4 weeks I still have the headache and neck pain. The pain is severe when I lie down for sleep and when I wake up after a sleep or a nap. I also find difficulty in breathing when I have this pain. Also this headache stops me from doing my daily works. Doctor I wanted to know what's happening and how should I take care of this. No MRI or CT scans where taken till now.

It is better to do an MRI of the brain to see if there is any other problem. If the MRI is normal, then medications for headache can be given more liberally. You need to consult a Neuro Specialist.
