Was it a simple slip and fall
Or dizziness or fit or anything sinister or a simple vasovagal .
Make sure as the other doctors here suggest
Head injury is ruled out ask for loss of consciousness any fits you saw any ear nose bleeding any vomiting post fall
hip fractures and other injuries are ruled out check for pain check for movements

At this age bones are fregile and chances of # is high .

Is there any head injury?
If it so rush him to nearby emergency department.
Paracetamol for pain relief.
Ice compression for swelling and hematoma.
