Echo is normal.
Keep monitoring BP at regular interval- say once every month.
Try and reduce salts in diet. Avoid added salts like on salads, pickle, papad.
Walk daily 45 min day (5/7 days atleast)
Meditation and yoga can also add in controlling heart rate.
If these lifestyle modification fails- we may need adding a medicine if any symptoms.
