Recentlt diagnosed with Fat Pad Syndrome
I have been suffering from chronic pain and inflammation in my left heel. Now my left knee is giving me pain whenever I am walking or even standing. Plus my both leg calfs are hard like brick. I am an overweight and want to loose weight too. But this pain is killing me. Need truthful and proper guidance if possible.
