Recent nutrimix resulting in green stool
I recently started giving nutrimix to my 3 yr old and we have been noticing very green stools since then. Should we be worried and is there any course of action required for this? If it's normal, then how long do we expect this. Will it be for as long as he has the nutrimix?

Green colour stool is itself not abnormal. Stop the product and observe for a week. Loose watery stool associated with mucus or blood increased frequency of more than 5 abnormal stools is for concern.
Next Steps
Probably probiotics can help. Get the baby check up done.

It may continue as long as the nutrimix is being taken and usually settles on its own. No specific treatment is required in most cases. Not a matter for concern if your child is otherwise active, feeding well, and has no vomiting, fever, blood in stool, or abdominal pain.

Greetings Green stools are very common and typically harmless after starting a fortified supplement like Nutrimix. This color change is usually caused by unabsorbed iron or specific nutrients in the mix.It is completely normal and will likely continue for as long as he consumes it.No course of action is needed if your toddler is otherwise active, happy, and growing. However, watch closely for warning signs like diarrhea, severe stomach pain, vomiting, or fever. Please consult your pediatrician if any of those symptoms occur or if stools look black.
