My father age 58 My father have long term cough last 2 years X ray report normal Eosinophil high 16 IgE high Acute esnophillic count high His cough someday dry Sometime productive He is non smoker But which place we are live there is very dusty environment Sputum test says upper respiratory flora His cough improve by using inhaler Formoflo 250 When he don't use inhelar His cough someday worse more frequent Someday less frequent Coughing whole day 4-5 times He has cough and sneezing after waking up morning What is the reason of this cough ? Is it indication of lung cancer ? Plz give me some suggestions

This is most likely allergic asthma and as such he needs to use his Inhalers regularly and get check up in which based on pft his Inhalers can be reduced or stopped later, please consult for detailed evaluation and treatment and only then we can help him diagnose and manage his symptoms effectively
