Reason for High ESR
I have tested my blood and found below as abnormal:
ESR-37
Vitamin-D:21
Esnophilis:6.7
remaining all are fine.
I am suffered from tronsil past 15 days, and now i am suffering with tronsil Stones and i am using antibotics . So can you please let me know the reason for high ESR ? I am worried a lot about it. Is it anything serious from High ESR.

ESR is a marker of Chronic Infection. 37 is not something which you need to loose sleep on Raising titre is more relevant so retest in 2 weeks time.
You certainly require screening for chronic illness if its raising.
You would require treatment for Vit D Def.
