Reapeted bone pain arthritis
I have been having continuous bone pain since 2-3weeks this pain grows more during night and no sleeping It occurs in lower back portion , thighs, knee,below the knee portion and foot kindly urge to my problem.

At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting /standing /travelling /walking /+no stair climbing +no cold exposure +no manual exertions +sit tall +use lumbo sacral belt.

First u should show to physiotherapists ,they will give u a good suggestions ... If not contact Physiofit and physiotherapy clinic .
