Change to a healthy diet, healthy life style, including regular physical exercise and sleep, wake routine. Avoid tobacco and alcohol use in any form. Hair loss can be due to multiple causes, including stress, fungal infection,  thyroid abnormalities. Get Haemoglobin,  blood sugar,  thyroid profile tested and share results. Then I can help you further.

Most of your issues are interconnected: • Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (HbA1c 7.2) → suboptimal control → fatigue, body pain, low energy • Health Anxiety (hypochondria) → amplifies every symptom + fear of cancer • Likely Irritable Bowel Syndrome → stress-driven gut symptoms • Sedentary lifestyle + stress → joint stiffness, poor sleep quality • Hair loss → likely Androgenetic Alopecia (genetic + stress-related)
Health Tips
• Morning stiffness + cracking joints → often due to inactivity, not arthritis • IBS improves significantly with stress control + routine meals • Hair loss: – Medical treatment exists (if you want later) • Energy improves within 2–4 weeks once routine starts ⸻ ⚠️ What you should STOP doing: • Doctor shopping • Repeated unnecessary tests • Thinking “something serious is hidden” ⸻ Reality Check
