Really need help
I'm 28 year old. I don't have mom and dad. I love a person not of my religious. I gave him some of my money to support him in his goal. He never ask but i gave by myself because I wanted to. My family come to know about that and they beat me up. My brother, sister and sister's husband. They all beat me up and forbidden me to go outside. I wanted to do job. I wanted to stand on my own feet but they do not allow me and threatening me that if i do not listen to them then they will make false FIR against my boyfriend. I really don't know what to do. I really need help. I'm not feeling mentally stable.

Hello there Thanks for writing in your query. In your case being assertive is what you need to learn. You have feeling of guilt trip and family members know that and can threat you. Option 1. Find a job. Get to work if they threaten let them as police takes both party into consideration. Option 2. Think strategically, not reactively.

Hi.. I understand you are lacking good emotional support. But i am glad that you want to take stand for yourself .  I suggest you : 1. Accept the reality that you are facing hardships 2. Accept you can take control of your life 3. Be Fearless 4. Take small step towards your freedom. Eg You can choose Work from home jobs 5. Be aware of people who can support you like Your BF, friends,relative etc. 6. Talk to Counselor
