Hello, Glad.to know that you have identified the issues and you want to seek help,it is neccesary for your parents to understand that they have certain issues for which they need professional help otherwise if they are of the opinion that these issues are normal and every couple faces them then it is a little difficult for you to convince them but not impossible.I am sure if you are concerned and you sought help...you will be able to motivate them to get into therapy.

From what you’ve told me, I’m assuming that your parents are having problems in their marriage, which, in turn is having an affect on you as well. I recommend couple’s counselling sessions for them. However, it is best that both of them are first counselled individually to address their personal issues, and then have joint sessions. You can start by asking one of them how they feel about counselling and if they’re open to the idea.

Appreciate your Initiative and looking for a professional support.. Fix an appointment with a psychological Counselor for both of them.. And let them speak out their mind and about themselves and their relationship issues.. And how to resolve it..
