Really itchy bumps!

Asked for Female, 13 Years

Bumps have been appearing all over my back, belly, neck, and a little on my arm and thighs. Most of them are really small circles, but a few are dime sized. I have a slight allergy for cats, but I've been around this cat for months. They are really itchy, and are really red. The skin around the area is also red, and extremely sensitive. I took a shower and used a basic Cetaphil lotion for my back after the shower. Nothing I ate, wore, or place I went to was different, including my bed.
