Hloz, sir or mam previously im 110 kg weight 6 feeg tall guy after doing dieting eating boiled food in vegetables  5 roti in whole days . Oats in morning  Running 11 km zyming 2 times I lost my weight Now I'm 70 kg I don't know I have to feel good or bad For that after seeing myself in mirror I fell embarrassed I became so thin and skiny thin My mum dad my all family members shouting on me why I lose so much weight why I do dieting so much I really fell bad sir plz guide me how much weight should I kept which will be good for me according to my height

Healthy evening sir, According to your height your standards weight is 80-85. To increase healthy weight your diet plan includes: 1. Eating more frequently. Slowly begin to eat 5-6 smaller meals during the day. 2. Choose food items lots of nutrients 3. Try smoothie and shakes 4. But watch what and when you drink. 5. Exercise regularly. 6. Gain weight gradually by adding healthy calories- try adding around 300-500 extra calories 7. Add extra calories to your meals with cheese, nuts and seeds. 8. Have high calorie drink in between meals such as milkshakes. 9. Have snacks they are easy to prepare, such as yoghurt or rice pudding 10. Build muscle with strength training or yoga- exercise can also improve your appetite.
