Reagrading lateral foot pain
Having left lateral foot pain from 8 months ...mri n x-rays reports r normal but still jst at the little toe pain is still present .when I tilted my foot it just got severe ..at first at it was at the specific point but now it is covering the whole foot is matatarsal area .

May be your it's a ligament strain...take rest keep applying ice pack every 2 hours it will reduce pain and swelling still if pain does not reduce must visit a physiotherapist.
