Re : nose infection
Can 1-2 drops of water going up the nose while breathing in cause N Fowleri infection? And can taking Azithromycin 500 mg beforehand prevent infection to PAM stage or not? Will not ask questions on this topic further, please advise. I am trying to overcome this fear and repent googling about headache where I came to know about this disease which has made me worry so much.

In your case, yes, even though I have never seen any person getting an infection in this manner.
Please consult an ENT Specialist in your area because this is a rare infection and not many Doctors have experience of managing it.
