RBC 45 in urine and stones in kidney
I went for fever check up and had urine routine test. There we found RBC count 45 in urine test.hence had sonography also. In report, right kidney is having 2 stones of 17 and 7 mm ,left kidney is having 7mm stone.
Please suggest if i neee laser surgery or what can be done. Do i need to treat urgently or can wait for a month or so

You need laser surgery for at least right side.yes can wait for few weeks if no pain
