You need to take good wound care before doing anything else, first clean the wound under flowing tap water with soap followed by application of antiseptic like dettol or savlon. Then you can apply tbact ointment to avoid infection and continue this wound care for three times a day upto a week or till wound is healed. Rat bites dont spread rabies so no need for anti rabies vaccination. Rest if wound size is more, will require some medications, so consult a doctor to be sure about the treatment protocol
