Rashes under arms

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I have developed sever rashes on my under arms and neck for 2 days. They burn a lot. I've tried an antiseptic skin liquid ( Boroline's Suthol) and it helped, but the situation is getting worse and the affected area is getting bigger.
