Rashes since 2 days
My 4 year old daughter is having rashes on face since 2 days, not much itchy as shown in attached picture. There is a watery discharge and is progressing. It's only limited to face and there is no fever. I am in a remote village no doctors available.please prescribe medicine. What is the diagnosis ?
