Rashes on upper arm

Rashes on upper arm

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am experiencing rashes (boils) over the top surface of upper arm, they dry within 2-3 days but the entire surface has black spots. I daily rinse the area with a loofah to keep it clean but doesn't help. Please suggest a remedy. Is it an allergic reaction?
