Rashes on the neck repeatedly

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Getting rashes near right part of neck. It grows from a small patch on neck to a bigger till chest sometimes b Have been getting it repeatedly almost every year from past 10 years sometimes twice a year. I use some antiseptic cream for it, it stays for few weeks then goes away.
