Rashes on forearm not itchy

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have discovered these rashes or patches in my left forearm last week and since then it has multiplied in numbers..and is also growing in my other hand now...and it's slowly growing towards my shoulders now. However, there's no itching on pain on these rashes... Kindly advise
