Rashes on face
My 1 month old baby has red rashes and tiny white boils on her face. I massage her body with himalaya baby oil and bather her in aveeno. There are no rashes on her body but her face is all red. Also she is exclusively on breast milk. Attached are the pics

Need not worry about those rashes. Apply cetaphil lotion.

Hi,
Apply coconut oil, massage and then bath with gentle soap. Apply baby cream after bath. Avoid powder
