Rashes on baby's chest
My 12 months new born baby boy has red spots on chest. Please suggest if this is due to heat or some allergies. Is this due to allergy with Chickpea flour?

12 months newborn?? Or 12 days?? If it's 12 days it's Erythema Toxicum. Normal in newborns. Will go away by its own.
