Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have got rashes on my arms day before yesterday and it's increasing every day. That portion of my arms has become red and hot. it doesn't itch, but it is uncomfortable. I have a history of getting rashes after prolonged exposure to the sun. I used sunscreen the day before.
