Heavy rashes and itching in all area around groin creating skin black. Sometimes skin turns red. Its like Jock Itch

You may be suffering from a fungal infection. This occurs due to sweating in the groin area. Generally a course of antifungals will clear up the infection in 1 or 2 weeks. It is completely treatable.
