Rashes in arms
Hello, I am 29 year old male currently living in Ireland. From past 2-3 weeks, I have started getting red color rashes in both my arms. I am not getting these rashes in any other body parts. Not sure what is causing this. I moved to Ireland 3 months back. From last 2-3 weeks, I have just made few new changes in my diet. 1. Have 1 scoop collagen powder in a glass of luke warm water. 2. Consumed alcohol ( whiskey and bear ) only once. It was the first time I tried alcohol in my life. I had consumed it 3 weeks back. Also, I noticed that the deo I was using from last 2 months has an expired date. I immediately stopped using it since last 2 weeks. I have attached a photo of rashes for your reference. It's present throughout my both hands. Please let me know what could be the reason for it.

Good evening The rash appears to me as an allergic reaction to some of the ingredients in the collagen powder that you are having.
Next Steps
Apply Calamine lotion topically over the rash. Tab Levocetrizine 5mg 1tab at bedtime for 03days
Health Tips
It is advisable to avoid the consumption of collagen powder in the near future. Also I would like to know if you are allergic to any food items, the new additions in your dietary pattern and any other symptoms apart from the rashes that you are experiencing. Regards
