Rashes, Constant Itching

Asked for Male, 11 Years

I've rashes on the joints of my both arms and on the eyelids for almost 2 years. I've consulted with a lot of doctors, some have told me that it is dermatitis, fungal infection etc. but none have helped even a bit! In recent days, I've started to experience in my private parts too.
