Rashes & itching on foot.

Asked for Female, 46 Years

My mother is suffering with rashes on his foot. And it's itching continuously. There are dark rashes on his foot lower area. Can you please suggest medicine / ointment for this issue. And please suggest the precautions to avoid this type of skin allergy's on foot.
