I am 23 old male I am using antibacterical tab because I have throat infection today in the morning I got rashes red spots on my penile shafts (inside) I am getting anxious what is it should I consult a dermatologist or urologist for this. Is it something serious plz answer I am dying with anxiety. Is it normal
