Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am 23 and have started to notice many problems on my face and body. For face i have small bumps on my forehead. Hard to get out white heads. I am developing dark circles as well.my forehead nose and upper lips get very oily. Also the little bumps r there on my arms and feet which just does not go away. My hair is started getting white at such young age its freaking me out. Plz i need some guidance.
