Rash on my trunk. Spreading to my arms
I noticed the rash for the first time about a week ago. The rash consists of red dots that look blister-like. They are not normally itchy, but if they do itch it is very mild. It started on the sides of my stomach and the dots were not very multitudinous, but have since spread more along my stomach/chest/back and are starting to spread to my arms. I found a circular ring/rash on the back of my thigh and one later developed on my chest as well (similar to a ring from a ring worm). After researching I believe this could be pityriasis rosea, but it could be something worse. What else could it be?

Greetings. The ring like lesions may or may not be a fungal infection. DO NOT IGNORE ! Fungal infection is quite common, especially more common in men. This is often related to humidity, tight clothing, excess sweating and accumulation of moisture. You'll need to keep the area dry, wear lose clothing. You'll need to see a dermatologist for confirmation of infection and treatment with oral antifungals and creams. If there's resistance to one particular medicine another medicine may be needed depending on your improvement. DO NOT USE OVER THE COUNTER CREAMS LIKE BETNOVATE GM OR PAN DERM OR QUADRIDERM... this will only prolong the infection. Hope this helps.
