Problem starts one year ago ,something like ring worm.many local doctor consulted and got instant relief but could not last long and it reoccur.nowadays something like boils and rashes type appears on both thighs and it is paining severe.cannot be able to tolerate the pain.please advice me.

Thanks for the query. Thats a very limited description to make any comments. I suggest you to see a dermatologist for a diagnosis and treatment plan. Delaying may not be a good option unless you know what the diagnosis is. Hope it helps you.
