Rash at buttocks
Sir/ Madam This is a type of rash or what i I dont know that started to appear at my buttocks and behind my legs at the onset of winter Previously it was white in colour slowly became this colour.. It isn't itchy or painful It's prominent at buttocks and behind legs Now slowly appearing at arms.. I am scared sir..kindly tell me what is it and remedy

It looks like xerotic eczema to me.. keep the skin moisturized and consult a dermatologist for proper treatment
