Rapid heart rate
Average resting heart rate is 114 and has been the same consistently for weeks (that I'm aware of, could possibly been longer) , recently after intercourse it spiked to 156 for around 10-15 minutes and felt light headed and short of breath. Seeking advice and need to know the seriousness of this.

Younger age group heart beating could be faster than other due to sympathetic activity, if disturbing can take selective beta blocker with advice of a cardiologist
