  4. Rapid heart beat. Help me to fix this!

Rapid heart beat
Every day when I am woke up in the morning from bed I feel rapid heart beat and breathlessness.. but it goes after some hour.. I am on Concor 1.25, telma 20, and rozapress xl 5 from last 10month. I am 27year old. Ecg is normal. I am very scared please help me to fix this
