Rapid hair fall since 2 months 6month back I Han dengue never applied any medication till now also having problem of pimples over face please suggest

You have developed telogen effluvium that is a common problem of sudden hair fall after illness and this commonly show up after 3-6 month time. It will go often in next 6-12 months take nutritious diet a good sleep and do meditation or some breathing excersice. you can use hair tonic like adgain 1 cap daily for 3 month consult your dermatologist also.
