Random Muscle twitching

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have random muscle twitching when doing rest all over the body it happen sudden thigh,feet,arm,hand, fingure,lip, checks,stomach,hip,testicles also randomly and i have done may test like Thyroid,b12,cbc,uric acid,calcium all are normal only vitamin d insuffucient 20 ng only I have take vitamin d for 3 months but did not see any changes 🤦 so can anyone tell me what is the reason behind this 🤦
