Random chest pain-morning
My mother is having high Bp problem from some years and for that she is taking medicines regularly. suddenly in march this year she have severe chest pain and we have to take her to hospital. at hospital doctors do tests and  angiography. doctors say that Reports were Ok ( Normal LV systolic function , EF 60% . comments from report) as per doctor  this is a mascular pain an this might happen again so  visist general physician. After some days again severe pain occur in chest and we again visited another hospital. this time also the team do ecg test which was normal. doctor do all test , xray , ultrasound and make us stay at hospital for 4-5 days to observe . all test were Ok. they discharge by saying that it is mascular pain and this might happen. now from last 1 month  she is taking medicines as prescribed but yesterday again pain was severe. I want to know what type of pain is this and whom to consult. Doctors say it is myalgia pain

It seems, everything is fine as far as Heart is concerned. Intercostal Myalgia in Chest & Costochondritis is very common which seems like Heart pain. Since Chest muscles & Ribs keep moving, it takes a little longer for any inflammation to heal. So be patient, take some NSAIDS and prevent pain in Chest by taking care that she does not do anyy activity which elicits pain
