Is it possible to get rabbies without scratch or bite from dog... Suppose if i touch someone dog bite wound then i eat something from hand will it be get spread ?

Rabies virus will only spread via direct contacts like bite wounds or fresh saliva getting into a bleeding wound. There is no indirect transmission.

No it is not spread like that but always wash your hands after touching such wounds. General hygienic practices must always be practiced.

Rabies is a very fragile virus, and if you had washed your hand after touching the wound then there's no chances of spread.
