Rabies concern
What are the chances of getting rabies from saliva on an inanimate object ? I got a unclean cloth rubbed on my face which indeed broke my pimple and started bleeding . I got vaccinated 2 and half months back ... Should I get vaccinated again ? What is the immunity period for vaccine last vaccination was on sept 1st 2023

It depends on the saliva load on the inanimate object, Rabies virus is very fragile. 1.through washing the exposed site with running tap water helps to shed off the viral load on skin and wound. 2. Apply antiseptics and wash 3. Reach out to the nearby doc for POST BITE ARV and Rabies Immunoglobulin injection (if indicated for a particular category of wound )

Rabies virus won't survive in environment or won't get spread like that..so you need not worry about Rabies transmission .. Immunity of Anti Rabies vaccine will last from 6 months to 2 years depends upon no of Doses..

No, you don't have to get vaccinated again. However thoroughly clean your bleeding site and apply an antibiotic cream. Immunity should last upto a year however, in case there is another dog bite within the year do not ignore without consulting first.
