Smoker from past 6 years and 2 day ago i quit it. today morning i noticed small white patch inside my side cheek and black veins under my tongue. i have tried to wash white patch but not improved. feeling like something stuck in my throat and dry mouth , headache

Pl visit your nearest Dental centre and get it checked up. Alternatively you could go to a Dental college and get a complete evaluation
