Quit caffeine a couple days ago without researching what its effects could be :/
I'm prone to anxiety already and I'm having anxiety/panic attacks. High BP, I can't concentrate, depresses, tingling face, sore painful back and neck muscles etc...
Would it be advisable to go back to drinking at least a cup of coffee a day? I didn't quit caffeine due to any health issues.
