I took a full pill from March to September. I took 1/2 a pill from September to November 18th and then I quit it as it was hard to cut the pill to 1/4th. I experienced withdrawl symptoms - fatigue, nausea, diziness, and a slight headache. How dangerous is it to stop taking them cold turkey and how long do these symptoms last?

No not all ..you can gradually taper off like taking half tablet for 20 days so that drug will slowly washout form your blood then your body and brain both will adjust to that changes
It’s not withdrawal it is called discontinuation syndrome which is quite common only thing is Nexito plus is a combination of escitalopram and Clonazepam it is the Clonazepam part that can cause withdrawal but do not worry meet your psychiatrist and explain the same
Hi sir, usually antidepressants aren't tapered so quickly without consulting a psychiatrist. They need to be maintained on the optimal dosage for atleast 6-9 months.
Also, the symptoms you mentioned can be a part of withdrawal from the medicines or due to the symptoms of your original disorder.
