Hi,
You have good insight about you issues. They are also very systematic. Few of the symptoms if managed, can act as blessing as well. Our basic tendencies stay, it is universal, how we manage them is important. As per my views, I’d like to suggest few things:
Next Steps
1. Workout and meditation are important. Weight training and guided meditation are also helpful. Chose your meditation. You can start with 5 mins or 10 mins as well.
2. Write down your thoughts. Keep a time for them. Not more than 30 mins. Give yourself the time to dream about things. And see if any of the ideas are workable.
3. Fix Schedule for 2 activities in day. Activities that give you satisfaction and happiness.
This could be starter for a week.
Health Tips
Self awareness is very important. Self diagnosis is not recommended. If diagnosis is something that is important then please make sure that you see licensed clinical psychologist for proper testings.
Also, make sure to take proper therapy sessions.
Take care

Hi,
You seem to have a good understanding about your problems. Good. It's always good to seek help from professionals. You may require careful review of symptoms to have more understanding about the
severity, and to make sure there is no overlapping comorbid conditions.
Next Steps
please consult a clinical psychologist or a qualified mental health professional who can conduct tests for proper diagnosis.
The childhood has gone and the symptoms that you are mentioning now doesn't seem to be like of ADHD unless properly diagnosed otherwise. However they more or less seem to be due to low self esteem, lack of motivation and your anxiety. There could be many reasons for your forgetfulness and anxiety that nees to be properly assessed.
Next Steps
Better to consult an expert (Psychologist) whenever in doubt and follow up properly
Health Tips
Don't self diagnose and try to cope up with the challenges
Thanks for your questions. These are only few symptoms. In order to get yourself diagnosed you may have to undergo any psychological diagnostic tests which are done by a clinical psychologist which will help the clinician and you to understand the diagnosis and the level of severity.
Post that the clinician will be able to work with you on how to improve your executive functioning skills, attention enhancement tasks and therapy for emotional related issues associated with the problem.
Next Steps
You should get in touch with a clinical psychologist.

Hope you doing good. Regarding your concerns, those are generalised factors. Every child and adult would have such habits in his or her life. Your childhood behavior and upbringing needs to be considered. Based on the intensity and frequency the concerns need to be worked out.
In your case, there are certain skills like time management, prioritizing, memory enhancement and certain behavioral aspects can be trained.
