I'm corona Positive and my CT value is- 19-18 and I am taking medicines and now every things are ok but I am having pain in chest, so is it dangerous?

It could be gastritis . Consult nearby doctor. Get one ecg done also. Complications are common in covid patient.

Pain in chest could be due to hyperacidity due to taking medications. Also keep a check on your oxygen saturation and blood pressure and pulse readings.
